Timber Ridge II is proceeding on track for a construction start Spring of 2024. The first step will be abatement and demo of the existing 8 buildings. Then moving directly into site and utility work.

We have presented to PEC at 3 meetings, anticipating recommendation of approval from PEC on the meeting 10/9. The project has been seen by DRB once, with a second meeting scheduled for 10/18 and continuing until we receive approval from that board as well.

Once entitlements are complete, we will be working toward a building permit submittal package. We are targeting submission for permit by 2/1/2024.

As we continue to make progress on entitlements and permitting, we will be updating the overall project schedule once they are both secured.

New community for locals by locals

The Timber Ridge redevelopment will be 100% deed restricted for year-round and seasonal Eagle County workers. The 284 units will be for rent, or purchase — the development will have full time, on-site property management. Occupancy will begin 2025/2026 Winter Season.
